How to find and replace text
Paste or type your text in the left area, then fill in the Find field with the expression you want to locate. Enter the replacement text next.
The result appears automatically in the right area. You can review it, copy it, or adjust the settings at any time.
What are the options for?
Match case treats uppercase and lowercase letters as different. For example, Hello and hello will not be considered the same.
Whole word restricts replacement to isolated matches. It helps avoid changing a sequence of letters inside a longer word.
When is it useful?
Use it to fix repeated wording, change a name, replace an expression in a draft, normalize a list, or prepare text before copying it elsewhere.
For sensitive replacements, review the result before using it, especially when the text contains names, references, or code snippets.
