A password suited to your needs
This generator creates a random password from 8 to 64 characters. You can keep all four character groups for a more varied result, or limit generation to uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, or symbols when a service has specific password rules.
For example, a 20-character password with letters, numbers, and symbols is a good fit for an important account, while a shorter code without symbols can help when a website applies stricter input constraints.
Local generation and ambiguous characters
The password is generated directly in the browser. When the browser cryptographic API is available, it is used to pick characters more robustly. The password is not sent to AppErgo and is not saved by the tool.
The “Avoid ambiguous characters” option removes signs that are easy to confuse when copied by hand, such as 0 and O, 1 and l, or some similar-looking symbols. It is useful when a password must be read aloud or typed on another device.
Good practices
Avoid reusing the same password across multiple accounts. For important access, choose a comfortable length, keep several character groups enabled, and store the result in a trusted password manager.
Limits and reuse
