Quick explanation
Choose the game mode: two players on the same device or a game vs CPU. In vs CPU mode, also choose your color.
Click a column to drop a disc: it automatically falls to the lowest available slot. The first player to connect four discs horizontally, vertically, or diagonally wins the round. If the grid is full with no line of four, the game ends in a draw.

Additional information
How to play Connect Four?
Choose the game mode, then start a new game. In two-player mode, both players use the same device in turns. In vs CPU mode, you play against the computer.
To play, click a column: the disc automatically falls to the lowest available slot.
What is the goal?
The goal is to connect four discs of your color before your opponent.
The line can be horizontal, vertical, or diagonal.
Game modes
The “2 players” mode lets two people play on the same grid.
The “Vs CPU” mode lets you play against the computer. You can then choose the color you want to control.
How a round works
The game shows which color has to play. On each move, the disc is placed in the chosen column and falls to the first available slot.
After every move, the game automatically checks rows, columns, and diagonals.
End of the game
The round is won as soon as a player connects four discs. The winning discs are then highlighted.
If all cells are filled without a line of four, the round ends in a draw.
You can start a new round, give up the current game, or reset the scores.
Strategy tip
Central columns often offer more connection opportunities. Also try to create several threats at once so your opponent has to choose which one to block.
Data and privacy
The game runs directly in your browser. The grid, moves, scores, and computer actions are not sent to a server.
