Weighted random picker
Draw randomly with custom probabilities.
Create options, give each one a weight, and run a draw proportional to those weights. Probabilities are calculated automatically before the draw.
Weighted options
Enter at least 2 options.

- No draw yet.
Quick explanation
Add at least two options, adjust each weight with plus and minus buttons, then run the draw. The higher the weight, the more likely the option is to be selected.

Use the classic Random picker when every option should have exactly the same probability of being selected.
Additional information
How to use the weighted picker
Enter at least two options in the fields, then assign a weight to each one.
Then click Draw to select an option according to the calculated probabilities.
What is a weight for?
A weight defines how important an option is compared with the others.
An option with weight 4 is four times more likely to be drawn than an option with weight 1.
Is the weight a percentage?
No. You enter relative weights, not percentages.
The tool automatically calculates each option probability from the total weight.
How many options can be used?
Two options are present at the start.
You can add more entries, then remove a row when the list contains at least three options.
When should you use a weighted draw?
It is useful when choices should not all have the same chance: rare reward, task priority, game bonus, or guided selection.
Concrete example
For a reward draw, give weight 8 to a common reward, 3 to a rare reward, and 1 to an exceptional reward.
