Additional information
Calculate a running pace
The pace calculator turns a distance and a finish time into useful running references: average pace, average speed, pace per kilometer and pace per mile. It helps review a completed run, prepare a target or compare several race formats.
Quick distances cover common cases such as 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon and 5 miles. Custom distance keeps the tool useful for a free run, a track session or a distance measured another way.
Pace, speed and time
Pace shows how much time is needed to cover one unit of distance. For running, min/km is often the clearest reference, while average speed in km/h remains useful when comparing with other activities.
- A lower pace means a faster run.
- A higher speed also means a faster run.
- The copy button keeps the main run values in a compact format.
Complementary fitness tools
To prepare a timed workout, use the interval timer. For a short HIIT-style session, the Tabata timer helps follow work and recovery phases quickly.
