Which Tabata format should you choose?
The short format lasts 2 minutes, the classic format lasts 4 minutes, the long format lasts 6 minutes and the very long format lasts 8 minutes.
All formats keep the simple Tabata rhythm: 20 seconds of effort, then 10 seconds of rest.
